About
Have you ever found yourself thinking, “There has to be more than this”?
Maybe you’re feeling stuck. Worn down. Frustrated with where life has taken you — or unsure of how to make it better. You want to grow, to rise above what’s held you back, but you don’t know where to begin.
That’s exactly where transformation begins.
Reverend Robert “Bob” Gray understands that place! Not just because he’s studied it, but because he’s spent decades walking with people through it. For 26 years, he worked in the Massachusetts justice system as a probation officer, serving at-risk youth and adults in some of Boston’s toughest neighborhoods. He listened to their stories, stood with them in courtrooms, and helped them find a new direction when all seemed lost.
Later, as chaplain for three of Boston’s major sports teams: the Patriots, the Red Sox, and for over two decades, the Celtics, Bob counseled elite athletes under the weight of pressure, fame, and personal crisis. Whether in a courtroom or a locker room, he saw people at their lowest. But more importantly, he saw them rise again — with faith, clarity, and a plan for change.
That’s the heart of Bob’s work today as a transformation coach. He brings that same wisdom, empathy, and strategic thinking to help people like you move from simply surviving to fully living. Through his unique “Faith + Focus + Action” model, Bob equips clients to rebuild inner strength, develop a practical path forward, and take consistent, courageous steps toward the life they’re meant to live.
Because the truth is: you don’t have to stay stuck. You can move forward with purpose, with faith, and with someone who’s helped thousands do just that.

My Mission
“To help men and women move from surviving life to living it fully through faith, focus, and forward action.”
This mission statement guides everything Bob Gray does. He believes that no matter how stuck or broken you may feel, there is a path to a fuller, more purposeful life. My coaching is built on restoring hope and momentum in people who are ready for change.
My Approach
My coaching model can be summed up in three pillars: Faith, Focus, and Action. These pillars work together as a practical roadmap to help you with personal change:
- Faith: Rebuild your inner strength and spiritual foundation. (My ministry background helps individuals restore faith in themselves and a higher purpose.)
- Focus: Create a clear and practical plan. (I help you to set focused goals and an actionable strategy tailored to their life.)
- Action: Take small, consistent steps forward. (With encouragement and accountability, I hope you ensure progress through steady, forward action toward a new future.)
Through this “Faith + Focus + Action” model, clients move from feeling overwhelmed or stagnant to actively building the future they want.
